Refrigerator Parts to Troubleshoot?

Be sure the condenser cooling fan is clean and clear of debris. To be sure, unplug the fridge and slide it out from the kitchen wall. The cooling fan for many models is just at the bottom or in the back of the freezer unit. Many times, people don’t think to clean this section of the fridge. But, it is very important to clean it. And, it builds up with fuzz and dust quickly, especially in homes that have dogs and cats. So, find a clean rag and get the collected dust out of the refrigerator coils and fan.

This is not a suggestion for refrigerators that have the back coil system. Once all clean, plug it back into the wall and monitor if the fan spins.

The Freezer is Cold but the Fridge Isn’t
